Even though abundant range of products, the production in the Hassas Plastik enterprises is made in compliance with the standardisations in the ISO / TS 16949 Certificate. In every stage of the production, widespread production methods such as simple production, mass-production, prevalent production and Kaizen are used to check the quality, to decrease costs and to effect delivery in due course of time. In case of acquisition of a good result from anyone of them, it is tried to put it into practise. Mass-production is used for standard parts and prevalent production is used for especially ordered parts. It is possible to see the pure manufacture at every stage of the production. Investments we made to the most technologically developed 5- Axis CNC Machines which are used in our establishment are an indicator of our attention paid by us to Kaizen.
It is faster and easier to make, effect everything in the manufacture by means of investments made to flexible production technologies in different materials, different dimensions and widths.
